Aiphone introduces interactive training facility

Aiphone has announced the opening of the first Aiphone Experience Center.

The first of its kind for the company, the Aiphone Experience Center is an approach to product demonstration within the physical security market.

The company plans to promote full product understanding through each step of the sales process, incorporating education at the forefront of its premise.

Aiphone will operate the centre out of its office in Cherry Hill, N.J, centrally based for both end users and security systems integrators in the mid-Atlantic region and nearby metropolitan areas New York and Philadelphia.

The company also plans to display the IX peer-to-peer IP video Intercom series, the IXG IP series, and the GT series. The IX, IXG and GT series intercoms are suited for use in a variety of facility types including educational, commercial, multi-tenant, residential and health care.

Aiphone staff will be available to provide training classes and demonstrate the products in live application.

“The Aiphone Experience Center is an efficient solution for demonstrating our most prominent sellers,” said Marty Schutt, Aiphone director of sales, Northeast, in a statement.

“When we travel for customer trainings, we may not have ample space or be able to bring all of the necessary equipment due to set-up restrictions. This new facility ensures that we are able to provide customers and integrators with all of the information in one place.”
